This 38-year-old man noted multiple itchy blisters over his left scapula when he awoke one morning. He gave a history of changing into a night suit which was hanging on a wall hook the previous night. The lesions healed without scarriing. A bullous insect bite reaction was the most likely diagnosis.

grouped 2 mm- 2.5 cm tense vesicles and bullae on a pink base, some with a linear configuration
