This healthy toddler developed itchy red papules on his legs with a few lesions on the arms and trunk. On his right foot the lesions became confluent to form an edematous well demarcated indurated red oval plaque. Skin biopsy of the plaque on the right foot showed changes typical of eosinophilic cellulitis with flame figures.
