This 8 year-old girl developed extensive itchy disfiguring hypertrophic scars after recovering from extensive superficial and deep hot water burns 3 years ago. She also developed contractures involving right axilla and left groin. One months earlier she developed mutiple grouped comedones ,cysts, and abcesses over the scars at multiple sites.

multiple,well demarcated, brownish-red , cord-like, fibrotic plaques with claw like extensions
