A 65-year-old woman, who spent most of her life outdoors working in the fields, developed a symmetric linear eruption along the sides of her hands at the junction of dorsal and palmar surfaces. The asymptomatic eruption was comprised of crateriform keratotic papules and plaques. Keratoelastoidosis marginalis is a rare disease that is a variant of solar elastosis. Long-term ultraviolet radiation exposure and chronic trauma secondary to manual labor are considered to be inciting factors.
