A 46-year-old woman with Klippel-Trenaunay_Weber syndrome syndrome had a below the knee amputation many years ago for limb atrophy and non healing ulcers. She developed chronic anemia from recurrent bleeding from blebs that developed on the stunp. The vascular malformation was also complicated by recurrent infections. Unfortunately the lesion extended into the retroperitoneal space and the bladder.
