This adolescent firl developed red scaly plaques on her arms, legs, ears, and scalp. Note the linear isomorphic or koebner phenomenon with the "five finger" distribution. This case was prepared by Kylie Shafer, pediatric resident at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
