Comments

A 60 year-old diabetic woman developed multiple violaceous grouped papules over the tops of the feet and lower legs over the preceding week. Her antistreptolysin titre was 240 iu/ml, erythrocyte sedimentation rate was 21 mm/hour, and fasting blood sugar level was 270 mg percent . She complained of itching and burning over the affected areas. The lesions gradually progressed to involve the upper legs.
