This 40-year-old woman had a 1 year history of reticulated white plaques on a violaceous background on the dorsal surface of her tongue associated with burning after eating spicy foods. Other findings included thinning, ridging, and onycholysis of her toe nails with pemanent destruction of the matrix of her big toe nails. She had multiple, symmetric, linear,atrophic papules affecting the first finger web spaces extending on to the sides of thumbs and index fingers. She was treated with high potency topical steroids.
