This 5-year-old girl had multiple clustered thick walled copper vesicles on the right axillaryb fold for 4 years. It was excised a year ago but promptly recurred within the surgical scar. Fine needle aspirate cytology yielded turbic yellow fluid with mature lymphocytes in a proteinaceous background.

Description

Deeper dermis shows dilated lymphatic channels. The channels are lined by endotlelium and contain proteinaceous fluid.
