This 4-month-old gril had prominent skin creases and bands on her arms and legs. Her growth and development were normal. These findings were typical of Michelin tire baby syndrome which histologically usually demonstrates a generalized nevus lipomatosis cutaneous superficialis or smooth muscle hamartoma.
