This 26 year old woman, with a history of neurofibromatosis diagnosed in early childhood, developed increasing prominence of existing cutaneous neurofibromas and café au lati spots as well as multiple new tumors, freckling and café au lait spots during her first pregnancy.

0.5-1 cm nodules on the nipple and breast; multiple light brown 1-3 mm macules
