This mass was present at birth on the left anterior thigh of this healthy 15-month-old boy. The mas had ultrasound features of a hemangioma, and there was little change since birth. The dermoscopic findings were typical of hemangiomas which may can exhibit blue-white color that mimics blue-white structures.

Description

7 X 4 cm subcutaneous blue rubbery mass with overlying discrete and confluent pale purple papules and telangiectasias and a well demarcated border
