This healthy 7-day-old infant was evaluated in the emergency room for a diffuse pustular eruption on the face, trunk, perineum, and extremities. The most priminent pustules were aggregated on her palms whild many of the lesions on the upper chest, back, and neck were already resolving with a collarette of scale and central hyperpigmentation. Lesions resolved completely with desquamation within 3 days.
