Comments

This healthy 7-year-old girl developed asymptomatic papules over the course of several months, during which time she was diagnosed with scabies and insect bite reaction. Histologic findings were typical of pityriasis lichenoides et varioliformis acuta.

Description

uniform disseminated symmetric 0.2-0.8 cm pink papules and vesicles, some with hemorrhagic crust
