Comments

This 18-year-old young girl developed multiple, linear and angulated patches with crusting and erythema on the tops of her hands associated with burning. Lesions appeared during the spring and summer months and healed during the fall and winter for the last 3 years. Patches healed without scarring. There was a history of exposure to psoralen containing plants, and new lesions were always followed sun exposure.
