This 24-year-old man had a huge soft tissue tumor in the shoulder region which was gradually increasing in size since age 10. Panel-A shows the excised huge tumor dwarfing the 15cm scale. Panel-B shows the skin over the tumor with prominent hair follciles. Panels-C&D show cris-crossing nerve bundles.
