Comments

This 13-year-old boy developed a pruritic red papular eruption on the sun exposed areas of the hands, forearms, face and upper chests within several days of intensive sun exposure. Despite continued sun esposure, the lesions intensified and then cleared within 4-6 weeks. He also use sun protective measures such as a wide brimmed hat and protective clothing and started a course of potent topical steroids and oral carotene.
