Comments

This 40-year-old farm worker developed an itchy papular eruption in sunexposed areas including the tops of his hands, forearms, lower arms, face, neck, and upper chest 2 weeks earlier. He had a histoty of excessive sunexposure. He improved with protective clothing, topical steroids and betacarotene.
