This 38-year-old woman demonstrates the characteristic plucked chicken skin changes occurring on the neck of patients with pseudoxanthoma elasticum. An eye examination showed the charecterestic angiod streaks. Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is an inherited disorder involving the connective tissue of the skin, eye, and cardiovascular system.
