Comments

A 63-year-old man was treated with an above the knee cast for a right tibial fracture for 3.5 months. When the case was removed the psoriatic skin lesions completely spared the limb that was covered with the cast. The cast was changed to a below the knee splint 3 weeks ago. The localization of the psoriatic skin lesions on the legs is shown on anterior and posterior views following removal of the splint. Note the relative sparing of the right leg below the knee.
