This healthy 47-year-old man had a warty ulcerated plaque on his ankle for 2 years. Skin biopsy showed a sqamous cell carcinoma.
Description
Histopathology shows invasion of epidermal tumor cells into the dermis surrounded by mononuclear cells and a few eosiphiles.
