This 6-year-old girl with a recent history of sore throat developed fine bumps over her arms and trunk. Her mother was alarmed by peeling in the groin, shoulder, neck and digits which appeared a few days later. Although a throat culture was negative, anti-steptolysin antibody was greater than 250. This case prepare by senior medical student at the University of Mississippi Arlene Chiemprabha.
