This 17-year-old woman complained of vulvar pruritus for 2 years at the onset of her puberty. She had irregular and ineffective treatment from Ayurvedic Practitioners. Multiple custs were noted, and her symptoms improved with topical compresses and oral antibiotics. The cysts were subsequently successfully electrocauterized. On examination there were multiple cysts on the labia majora on each side and there were few showing signs of inflammation. She was advised a course of antibiotics and warm condy's sitz bath for a week and when the returned the lesions were treated by electrocautery. She was advised regular follow up.
