This 6-year-old girl with tuberous sclerosis was managed for seizures and developmental delay. She had other features of tuberous sclerosis including this shagreen plaque on her lumbosacral area, a smaller similar plaque on the neck, and a hypopigmented patch on her posterior thorax.
