Comments

This 64-year-old woman presented for the treatment of extremely pruritic, generalized eruptive "moles". The lesions appeared suddenly over a 2-3 month period. Dermatopathologic evaluation of several biopsiesof several lesions showed eruptive seborrheic keratoses, consistent with the Sign of Leser Trelat. Eruptive seborrheic keratoses have been associated with a number of internal malignancies, and a full medical evaluation was performed to exclude occult disease in this patient.
