This is a solitary, moderately tender lesion on the left thigh of a 44-year-old woman.

Description

At high power, the well-demarcated border is appreciated. The lesion consists of bland, small, hyperchromatic cells admixed with slightly larger cells containing more pale nuclei. Interspersed lymphocytes and basement membrane material are also present. Small ductule formation is seen in this field.
