Comments

A 55-year-old man had a gradually increasing neck swelling for 1 month. He had a 2 month history of a non-healing oral ulcer in the right buccal mucosa. Fine needle aspirate of the neck mass revealed a squamous cell carcinoma in a cervical lymphnode. Biopsy from the oral lesion showed well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
