This 50-year-old woman developed an ulcerated white plaque on the right buccal mucosa. Biopsy showed a squamous cell carcinoma.

Description

3 cm irregularly shaped white plaque with ulcer and dental caries non-healing ulcer involving the left buccal mucosa of 6months duration. She chewed beetel nut since her adolescence. There is no cervical lymphadenopathy. Biopsy from the lesion revealed moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma.
