Comments

This 32-year-old man developed an itchy painful eruption overlying a tattoo which he acquired from a local tattoo artist 24 hours ago. The artist used only dark pigment. This eruption probably represents an allergic reaction to the pigment, although there was also concern that this might be the beginning of a keloidal scar.
