This 72-year-old woman complained of persistent annular plaques for 4 months. Several lesions on her wrist had recently ulcerated. Skin biopsies revealed a T-cell lymphoma, and special markers showed a predominance of CD4+ and CD30+ cells that extended from the dermis into the fat and surounded vessels and adnexal structures.
