This 4-year-old girl was evaluated for a midline neck swelling which moved with swallowing and protrusion of tongue. Hisopathology of excised tissue revealed a cyst lined by ciliated columanar epithelium and a few normal thyroid follciles in the adjacent tissue. Features were consistent with a thyroglossal duct cyst.
