Comments

This 24-year-old man developed multiple, well marginated,hypopigmented,finely scaly,oval macules that coalesed to form confluent patches associated with mild itching especially after taking showers. Lesions started on the shoulders and spread over the upper back and chest and lower neck. Tinea versicolor is a superficial fungal infection caused by Malessezia furfur.
