Description

Unilateral ,erythematous ,scaly confluent plaques This 38 years old man was evaluated for a pruritic scaly eruption involving the skin of his left palm and the palmar aspect of the proximal phalanges for the last several years.On examination there were well defined erythematous scaly confluent plaques over the affected area.Scrapings from the lesin treated with 10 % KOH revealed fungal hyphae under direct microscopy.
