This 27-year-old woman developed pruritic, macerated, fissured, and scaly patches affecting the fourth and fifth toe webs and plantar aspects of her forefeet. She had a long history of wearing occlusive footwear. She improved with 2 weeks oral therapy with terbinafine 250 mg daily combined with topical clotrimazole cream.
