A 7 month old girl with chronic widespread atopic dermatitis developed low grade fevers and a fluctuant tender right breast mass. Her mother developed an abscess on her left cheek, her father developed a boil on his abdomen, and her grandmother developed a boil on her right wrist. The breast abscess was incised and drained yielding 20 cc's of pus, and all 3 were treated with oral cephalexin.
