This patient presented with a papule on his trunk, present since birth. Removal was largely cosmetic. Polythelia (supernumerary nipples) may occur anywhere along the "milk line". They are usually asymptomatic and non-functional, but may be submitted as a seborrheic keratosis or to rule out malignancy.

Description

Higher power of the same lesion demonstrates the presence of numerous smooth muscle bundles, vessels, and nerves characteristic of nipple anatomy.
