This healthy 16-year-old boy developed follicular pustules on the back of his scalp which healed with itchy papules. This followed shaving of the back of the scalp. Treatment consisted of topical steroids and discontinuation of the shaving with hair cuts. The initial eruption of pustules was treated with oral minocycline and topical benzoyl peroxide.
