This healthy 50-year-old man had a 15 year history of a slowly enlarging warty plaque on the right great toe. He became concerned when new papules appeared at the base of the toe and the dorsal aspect of the foot. A deep skin biopsy showed changes characteristic fo acquired progressive lymphangioma.
