Comments

This 6 month old girl has had recurrent episodes of intensely pruritic sterile round 3-5 mm vesicles on her hands and feet for several months. Lesions tend to last for several weeks, heal with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and recur several weeks later. Her twin brother has had similar episodes. Gram stains, Tzanck smears, and ectoparasite scrapings have been negative. A skin biopsy is pending.
