This healthy-8-month-old boy developed waxing and waning pruritic round vesicles and pustules on the feet and occasionally the hands 4 months ago. No one else in the family had similar lesions, his lesions were restricted to the distal extremities, and multiple scrapings for scabies mites were negative. He improved with high potency topical steroids

2-4 mm vesicles, pustules, some drying with a collarette of hyperpigmentation and scale
