Comments

This healthy 4-month-old boy developed extremely pruritic red papules which evolved into pustules on his hands and feet with a predilection for the palms and soles. The etruption waxed and waned for 6 months before resolving without scarring. During flares lesions improved somwehat with a high potecy topical steroid applied twice a day.
