This 48-year-old man received a cadaveric renal graft 10 years earlier for chronic renal failure. He worked out doors and had a long history of extensive sun exposure and recurrent sun burns. For over 5 years he had developed multiple squamous cell carcinomas in sun exposed skin. Note multiple actinic keratoses, evolving squamous cell tumors, and old scars.
