This 19 year old boy and his 17 year old brother developed widepsread confluent and reticulated scaly patches over the chest, abdomen and back. They both had velvety hyperpigmentation of the skin creases and bony prominences on the arms and legs. They were both healthy with normal growth and development. There was no family history of similar eruptions.
