This 34 year old woman developed slowly progressive pale red papules on the nasal alae and very subtle papules on the medial aspect of both cheeks. She also had multiple small hypopigmented macules on her legs, a collagenoma on her back and multiple subungual fibromas camouflaged by nail polish. Her father and her father's mother had similar but more prominent and more numerous facial angiofibromas. All affected members of the family were of normal intelligence and had no evidence of cardiac, pulmonary, or central nervous system involvement.
