This healthy infant had a congenital malformation on the right leg with features of a capillary/venous vascular malformation and an epidermal nevus. Verrucous hemangioma and angiokeratoderma circumscriptum have been used to describe similar lesions.

Description

discrete and confluent purple papules and plaques with overlying warty scale in a unilateral zosteriform pattern
