This healthy young adult complained of itchy bumps on his scalp for over a year. A biopsy showed the typical changes of angiolymphoid hyperlasia with eosinophilia. He denied a history of trauma in the involved area, had no systemic symptoms, and had a normal blood count.

discrete and confluent grouped dome shaped 2-4 mm red papules some with excoriations and crusts
