Comments

This elderly man developed a cracked, fissured, crusted, oozing plaque on the lateral aspect of his right foot and leg. Note the "crazy pavement pattern" typical of asteotic eczema. He had a history of chronic dry skin with scaling on his legs. He was treated with oral antibiotics for secondary infection, cool tap water compresses, and lubricants.
