This healthy adolescent with longstanding atopic dermatitis, particularly severe on his hands, developed areas of depigmentation on the tops of his hands which are now repigmenting. This might represent vitiligo koebnerizing in atopic dermatitis or the dyspigmentation which can be associated with atopic dermatitis.
