Comments

This 65-year-old woman devloped recurrent painful ulcers on the top and side of her left foot for over a year. The ulcers healed with scars typical of atrophie blanche. Although a medium size arteritis was suspected, a biopsy from one of the scars showed reparative changes. Plans were made to rebiopsy the foot when the lesions recurred.
