This healthy adolescent had multiple atypical nevi on sun exposed areas of the trunk, neck, face and extremities. Several family members also had atypical nevi, but there was no history of melanoma.

Description

multiple 2 mm-1.5 cm hyperpigmented macules, papules, and plaques with variable pigmentation and irregular and fuzzy borders
